THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Visual Experience, the role of the Senior Visual Experience Specialist is to lead the multiple strands of the Visual Experience department with a focus on brand partnerships, campaign installations and product merchandising. Working in collaboration across multiple departments and managing key stakeholders, making each decision with the BROWNS customer at heart. Ensuring the BROWNS visual identity is kept through all visual design elements within the retail environment.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO:

  • Execute the visual experience strategy set by the Head of Visual Experience in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and reinvent new and old interactive forms of display and shop fit, considering \'Store of the Future\' and the local shop concepts, designed to disrupt the market.
  • Concepting and producing BROWNS events, translating the brand identity and ensuring all Browns events instore and off site have a consistent look and feel, concepting and producing.
  • Designing and implementing high-quality, innovative, and distinct design elements, including evolving technology, into the retail environment, thereby inventing and re-inventing what the customers Onmi-Channel experience looks and feels like.
  • Experimenting and testing new themes, applying learnings and feedback to future themes to enhance customer engagement and interaction.
  • Managing the sourcing and production of unique visual tools and equipment required to deliver visual excellence.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure planned VM schemes work in harmony with promotional and brand messaging.
  • Mentoring and guiding the Visual Experience team in implementing the visual guidelines and parameters for all VE, Windows, and Store Design initiatives.
  • Support the Visual Experience Product Specialist in the strategy, process and execution of the product curation, in line with the buying strategy and Browns Vision, of themes and merchandising in our retail stores to present relevant and inspiring edits to drive both engagement and achieve revenue targets.
  • Day-to-day project managing all undertakings concerned with new store concepts, store refurbishments, engaging and managing talented contractors and suppliers.
  • Growing the training and development program of the retail team members ensuring transparent processes are in place to ensure consistent delivery of all VM initiatives to the highest standards.
  • Supporting the Head of Visual Experience in creating a high-performance team, supporting day-to-day store merchandising tasks and logistics.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Experience working in a global luxury multi-brand environment.
  • Proven ability to project manage Brand Partnerships, delivering and implementing visual installations, scaling concepts up and down as required.
  • Significant experience of both window and in store display, design and implementation.
  • Partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver schemes aligned to retail and promotional calendars.
  • Agile and flexible attitude to workflow and
and budget management, raising PO\'s. * Have strong communication skills and understanding of the constantly evolving luxury landscape and experience working across multiple sites.
  • Solid practical experience managing the implementation of technology in brick and mortar environments, supporting and constantly evolving the onmi-channel offering.
  • Strong professional knowledge and a strong network of contacts and connections in the field.
  • You are familiar with Sketchup/Rhino/Auto-Cad or other 3D modelling software (desirable but not essential, as will be sent on an external course for one of the software packages).
