We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team in a busy and dynamic restaurant in the heart of London. You will be the face of our venue, delivering outstanding service to every guest and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Ensure tables are clean and set correctly before and after service Upsell menu items and daily specials where appropriate Handle guest queries or complaints professionally and promptly Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer-facing role (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Good level of spoken English Right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
