Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take food and drink orders. Deliver high quality service at all times Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Enhance diners experience and make their visit unforgettable Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant setting is necessary. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional guest services skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to upsell menu items confidently. Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation techniques is advantageous. A team player who can work collaboratively in a busy kitchen environment.
