Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and serving

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required Familiarity with food safety practices is essential Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables at once Experience in guest services, demonstrating an ability to create positive dining experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour
