Job Description

As the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will own the operational and financial performance of our Chalgrove facility--ensuring accurate inventory, efficient workflows, and a safe, high-performing environment that supports fast, reliable delivery for our customers. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, directly shaping the quality and speed of our U.K. supply chain.

What You'll Do

Lead and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inbound, outbound, and storage processes. Oversee inventory accuracy by managing forecasting, stock levels, and cycle-count routines. Coordinate all logistics activities, including shipments, container unloading, and vendor deliveries. Ensure high-quality outbound fulfillment through effective picking, packing, and shipping workflows. Build, train, and develop a high-performing warehouse team while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or operational leadership within a fast-paced environment. Strong expertise in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse management systems. Proven ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Solid understanding of compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset.
