Our Senior Warehouse Operative will assist in the running of our warehouse along with assisting our office team with administration and logistics duties.

With our digital platform rapidly expanding, you will be responsible for carefully picking and packing orders to a high standard as well as booking goods in and helping liaise with our couriers.

This is a great role for a self starter and someone who wants to be part of a growing business.

You will be working between our group of companies including our award winning retail store and website,

The job is permanent and warehouse/office based.



You will be based at our office in East Kilbride, Glasgow, however you may have to visit our store in Newton Mearns, Glasgow to drop off or collect goods. In addition you may have to help with trade exhibtions.

Key Responsibilities



Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner. Move and stack pallets/boxes. Checking incoming stock and put away in profiled locations. Picking Goods accurately for outgoing orders and placing in holding area. Carry out regular stock checks. Assist with uploading orders/goods-in onto our accounting system. Dealing with customer returns. Working with our courier partners and loading orders onto the designated courier systems. To ensure a high standard of housekeeping within the warehouse and office space. Any other duties as requested by a member of the management team.

What we are looking for in a Senior Warehouse Operative



Warehousing environment experience. Good communication skills. Preferred experience of forklift operation. Experience of working in a fast paced environment. Proactive and performance-orientated in your approach to work Ability to lift and move weighted boxes. Good IT Skills to handle warehouse technology. Attention to detail with good numeracy skills. Reliable, trustworthy and team-focussed. Adept at adjusting to changing situations. Dedicated to achieving the highest standards in everything you do Clean full UK Driving Licence.

Standard Hours of Work


Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm (5pm finish on Fridays)
Must be available to work weekends when required for the needs of the business.
