We are looking for an exceptional Tenancy Consultant to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department, assisting the team in effectively executing administrative aspects of tenancy associated administration. This will include new deals, change of sharers, renewals and tenancy terminations.
Main Duties:
Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants and Renewals and providing the relevant advice
Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with our lettings teams
Adhere to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy
Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and completed within required time frames
Maintain and develop relevant compliance and legislative knowledge
