The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Senior to Principal Acoustic Consultant

You'll play a key role in delivering high-impact acoustic assessments for nationally significant infrastructure projects, including DCOs and EIA, and complex multi-disciplinary planning applications. You'll have a senior role embedded in expert modelling teams, developing and applying bespoke assessment frameworks, and crafting compelling narratives that support successful planning outcomes. Your work will span stakeholder engagement, expert witness contributions, and the development of analytical tools that shape decision-making at the highest level. This is a chance to work across diverse project types, road, rail, airports and influence the future of infrastructure acoustics in the UK.

We're looking for someone with a strong interest in environmental acoustics and experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You might have worked on road, rail, or airport schemes, led modelling work, written reports, or engaged with stakeholders; any combination is valuable. You don't need to tick every box. Whether you bring technical depth, project insight, or stakeholder experience, we're keen to hear from you. A postgraduate degree or chartership is a bonus, but not essential; curiosity, collaboration, and clear thinking matter most
