The Role

We're looking for a flexible, results-oriented SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You'll report directly to our Managing Directors and collaborate closely with our team of in-house designers and developers to deliver effective SEO, content and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise SEO campaigns, including strategy, keyword research, audits, technical implementation, and on-page optimisation. Write optimised short and long form content for multiple marketing channels with SEO at the front of mind. Directly carry out on-page optimisation, content editing, page creation in client websites using content management systems and (desirably) direct to HTML if required. Create SEO and UX-optimised content for client websites, including basic image editing and picture research (e.g. from stock image sites or AI). Manage and deliver impactful social media campaigns (strategy, content creation, scheduling, and reporting). Execute email marketing campaigns and craft effective transactional email messages. Track campaign effectiveness and produce clear, insightful reports demonstrating campaign performance and client ROI. Stay at the forefront of developments in SEO, AI, and digital marketing to continually evolve agency expertise. Contributing to pitches with new and engaging ways to take advantage of SEO and content strategies. Lead / attend face to face and digital client meetings as required

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous agency experience or readiness for agency life, managing multiple clients simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients and project stakeholders. Ability to deliver measurable results and ROI-focused outcomes for clients. Excellent time management, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to both independent and collaborative work environments. Proficiency with typical SEO and digital marketing tools such as SE Ranking, GA4, Search Console, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, Looker Studio, FB Business Manager, Social Pilot, and similar. Understand and be able to implement effective campaign and event tracking to client websites and platforms. E.g. via Google Tag Manager.

Desirable Skills

Basic knowledge of UX/UI, coding (HTML), Photoshop, and video production (this is a beneficial skill but not a must have!) Keen interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and drive growth. Experience with no/low-code automation and marketing platforms for creation of automated workflows and funnels.
