The Role

If so, you might just be the SEO Content Strategist we're looking for!As our SEO Content Strategist, you'll be at the helm of WPT Global's content strategy, turning ideas into impactful, accessible, and engaging content for our blog. Reporting to the Head of SEO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content that resonates across our Poker and Casino audiences. From compelling data-driven blog posts to engaging content assets of all forms, you'll bring fresh ideas to life and see them through from concept to execution.We're looking for someone who's proactive, independent, and confident in taking ownership of WPT Global's blog content projects - balancing speed and quality to deliver content that drives real organic results. What you will do

You'll work closely with teams across the business (including marketing, design, product, and PR) to create content that informs, engages, and converts.

You'll be responsible for:

Owning, developing and executing a high-impact SEO content blog strategy

that boosts brand awareness, attracts new customers and maximises retention.

Creating engaging and persuasive editorial and educational blog content,

including evergreen, infographics, guides, videos, landing pages and more, to drive engagement and conversions

Applying SEO best practices

to increase visibility, drive organic traffic, increase the number of quality backlinks and boost lead generation.

Ensuring brand consistency,

aligning all content with WPT Global's voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

Experimenting and innovating,

using data-driven insights to test new content formats, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

Staying ahead of industry trends

, benchmarking our competitors and sharing insights and recommendations to keep WPT Global at the forefront of content marketing.
