Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence through effective optimisation strategies, ensuring our website ranks highly on search engines and attracts targeted traffic. Responsibilities



SEO



Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for optimisation. Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimisation of metadata, headers, and content structure. Manage and update content management systems, particularly Magento, ensuring content is optimised for search engines. Analyse website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Monitor and improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience. Utilise Google Tag Manager to implement tracking codes and measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with content creators to optimise blog posts, landing pages, and social media content for SEO. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain competitive edge.

Supplier & Product Management



Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure accurate product information and pricing. Support onboarding of new suppliers and new product ranges. Work closely with category managers to keep products competitive and up to date.

Marketing & Design Support



Produce basic design assets (graphics, banners, email visuals) for use on social media and email marketing. Support creation of promotional landing pages and campaign content. Work with the sales and marketing teams on cross-channel campaigns. Assist category managers with product updates, data analysis, and supplier coordination.

Requirements



Proven experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for technical optimisation tasks. Familiarity with JavaScript and its impact on website performance and SEO. Experience working with Magento advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of metadata optimisation, keyword integration, and content structuring for SEO purposes. Ability to manage social media platforms as part of integrated marketing efforts. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Good communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
