Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced
SEO Link Builder & Marketing Expert
to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will spearhead our backlink acquisition efforts and develop comprehensive marketing campaigns that amplify our clients' brands. You'll work closely with SEO specialists, content creators, and account managers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Link Building
Strategy Development:
Design and execute a scalable link-building strategy aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
Outreach & Relationship Management:
Identify high-quality link opportunities; initiate and nurture relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers.
Content Collaboration:
Coordinate with content teams to develop link-worthy assets (e.g., guest posts, infographics, case studies).
Tracking & Reporting:
Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to monitor backlink profiles, track acquisition progress, and report on link equity improvements.
Marketing Expertise
Campaign Planning:
Create multi-channel marketing strategies (email, social media, PPC, content marketing) that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Performance Analysis:
Set KPIs, monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms; provide actionable insights.
Budget Management:
Allocate and optimise marketing budgets to maximise ROI across channels.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and account teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years in an SEO link-building role, ideally within an agency environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, and outreach platforms (Pitchbox, BuzzStream).
Marketing Acumen:
Demonstrable experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages.
Analytical Mindset:
Strong data analysis skills and a knack for translating insights into strategic optimisations.
Desirable Attributes
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Knowledge of paid search (Google Ads) and social advertising.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
