Job Description


A global US financial services brand that has recently seen record-breaking growth numbers in 2023, is looking to further scale their wider SEO teams. Due to strong ongoing financial performance across the business, there is a need to bring on a SEO Manager who will be part of a global SEO centre of excellance and delivery model. You will be instrumental in driving various marketing objectives including ownership of campaign strategy, execution and delivery.

This will be an exciting senior individual contributor opportunity for an organic marketer with specific technical SEO strengths, to step into a highly complex and global environment that is already performing extremely well in this current market. This will predominantly be B2C focused, with some B2B products and services also part of the wider portfolio. Team collaboration and mentoring will be key as you will be part of a wider global function of 12 across SEO & ASO channel experts.

The dynamic day to day will focus on driving best practice SEO activity and delivering outcomes around digital marketing objectives (customer acquisition) and ROI. This will include working in tandem as part of a wider global SEO team, partnering with various cross functional internal & external teams to identify SEO growth opportunities, as well as undertaking technical backlink audits and managing white hat link building, debugging as well as working directly with developers.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 6+ years experience working in a dedicated SEO technical subject matter expert function with strong front-end development exposure or coding/programming experience.
  • A background either within agency, financial services (trading and platforms), gaming/gambling industries or similar is highly preferred but not essential.
  • Hands on technical experience working with Google Analytics, Semrush, Screaming Frog or other similar platforms.
  • A genuine desire to take your career to the next stage, where you will be responsible for end to end international commercial marketing results with a focus on acquisition and ROI outcomes with a global brand.
