We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimisation strategies and a passion for enhancing online visibility. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase overall brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital presence is optimised for maximum impact.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimisation.
Optimise website content, including metadata, headings, and images, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track key metrics.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that engages users and meets business objectives.
Implement technical SEO improvements, including site structure, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements.
Manage social media channels to support SEO initiatives and engage with audiences effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, search engine algorithms, and industry developments to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with content management systems.
Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console for tracking and optimisation purposes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of social media management strategies is required.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills when needed.
Able to work a minimum of 10 hours weekly
