Working closely with the campaign and digital teams, you'll be responsible for turning analytics and SEO data into feedback for clients, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that help brands grow.
With a background in marketing analytics and SEO reporting, you'll be confident managing multiple accounts, platforms, and deadlines while delivering clear, valuable insights.
What you'll be doing:
Tracking and analysing performance metrics across SEO, content, and campaigns.
Building and managing dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio) and presenting results to internal and client teams.
Conducting keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis to support SEO growth.
Creating and managing monthly performance reports that translate data into strategic actions.
Working with the content and digital teams to guide optimisation efforts and campaign tracking.
What we're looking for:
A working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills with an ability to translate the data into meaningful and actionable feedback
A balance of technical know-how with commercial understanding -- you're able to show what the data means and why it matters.
What's required:
3-5 years of experience in a digital, marketing, or performance-focused role.
Proven ability to build automated reports, run audits, and communicate complex insights simply.
Experience working across multiple client accounts and industries is a plus.
Organised, proactive, and passionate about driving improvement through measurable results.
Salary:
30,000-35,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for progression.
Why join us?
We're a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values curiosity and clarity.
