Web & Digital Performance Analyst

Your role with us:

This role is responsible for the measurement, analysis and optimisation of our websites and digital performance. Through a strong data driven approach, insights actively guide improvements in traffic growth, user experience and online conversion fully aligned with our wider business goals.

We are looking for people who have:

Significant experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and dashboarding tools like Looker Studio or Power BI Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and basic SQL A track record of analysing website performance analysis and optimisation A good understanding of UX metrics, SEO fundamentals and website architecture. Familiarity with A/B testing tools.

We are looking for people who are:

Analytical thinkers who approach challenges with curiosity, logic and a data first mindset. Business minded and ties insights directly business outcomes and growth opportunities. Collaborative and work well with cross functional teams including IT, UX and marketing. Detail oriented and ensure every data point is accurate and meaningful. Proactive and identifies and leads opportunities for improvement.
