Your Mission: Make Us Unmissable Online



As our go-to SEO specialist, you'll own the full SEO ecosystem: on-page, off-page, and technical, with the freedom to experiment, the tools to execute, and a supportive team that's serious about innovation, all with a clear focus on driving qualified traffic and delivering real, measurable conversions.

What You'll Be Doing



On-Page SEO



Conduct advanced

keyword research

to identify high-intent, high-conversion opportunities. Optimise every layer of our site:

metadata, headers, image alt tags, URL structures, and internal linking,

all laser-focused on both UX and search intent. Work alongside our copywriter to craft

conversion-optimised, SEO-rich content

across blogs, landing pages, and case studies that not only rank but convert. Drive

content architecture

and site hierarchy improvements to maximise crawl efficiency and page authority.

Off-Page SEO



Build and execute a

white-hat backlink strategy

that strengthens our domain authority and accelerates organic growth. Proactively source and secure

high-authority guest post opportunities and

digital PR wins. Monitor brand mentions and ensure

positive sentiment and visibility

across all digital channels. Align our

social media and SEO strategies

to create synergy that drives referral traffic and brand engagement.

Technical SEO



Run regular

SEO health checks

and technical audits, identifying and resolving crawl issues, site speed bottlenecks, mobile usability flaws, and broken links and everything in between. Improve

Core Web Vitals

, page load times, mobile-first performance, and overall site speed with precision. Implement structured data markup/schema for enhanced visibility and rich results. Master

robots.txt, canonicalisation, hreflang

, and sitemap optimisation to ensure seamless search engine access. Leverage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise to resolve

rendering issues and indexation gaps

Strategy, Measurement & Growth



Design and execute a

data-driven SEO strategy

that aligns with our business goals and evolves with Google's algorithm changes. Harness tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs

track, test, and optimise

What You Bring to the Table



Proven track record of

delivering measurable SEO results

in competitive niches. Strong technical understanding of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

and how they impact SEO performance. Well-versed in LLM-driven SEO, you understand how large language AI models are changing search behaviour and content strategy, and you know how to adapt and take full advantage of these shifts. Proficiency in top SEO tools:

GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

etc. Solid experience with

WordPress

and content optimisation workflows. An always-learning mindset, you stay on top of evolving SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep your approach ahead of the game Deep knowledge of

link-building, E-E-A-T, and modern ranking factors

. Strong analytical and reporting skills, you know what's working and how to scale it. Excellent communication and collaboration, comfortable owning projects end-to-end and working with content and development teams. A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with the
