Key Responsibilities:



1. SEO Strategy & Execution



Research and identify high-volume, low-competition keywords (relevant to advertisers, publishers, guest posts, link building). Build a long-term content SEO roadmap for your blog or resource hub. Conduct SEO audits and fix on-page issues (titles, meta, H1/H2s, schema, page speed). Monitor and improve keyword rankings and domain authority.

2. Content Creation & Optimisation



Write or commission high-quality blog posts, guides, and tutorials. Optimise existing content for freshness and rankings (content pruning + updates). Align content with search intent: informational, transactional, navigational.

3. Link Building & Outreach



Support or lead outreach to gain backlinks (guest posting, collaborations, etc.). Help build a network of reputable publishers to improve authority. May partner with your

Publisher Acquisition Manager

on outreach quality.

4. Analytics & Reporting



Track traffic growth, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions using: Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs / SEMrush Generate monthly performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.

5. On-Page & Technical SEO



Improve internal linking and URL structure. Suggest changes to improve site speed, mobile UX, and crawlability. Implement schema markup, canonical tags, and hreflang if needed.

6. Content Collaboration



Work with the

Growth Marketer

for aligned campaigns and lead magnets. Coordinate with freelance writers or agencies if scaling content. Build editorial calendars tied to business goals.

Preferred Skills/Experience



Digital marketing experience.

. IT literate

Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.

Bachelor's Marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in Digital marketing, SEO optimisation email marketing and content creation.

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.

Proficiency in WordPress for effective content management.
