At Simple Green Energywe're growing fast and we're looking for a results-driven, performance-obsessed Ad & SEO Specialist who can scale campaigns and boost organic traffic through smart SEO strategies.

What You'll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Meta, Google, Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube ad campaigns. Monitor ad metrics daily and push for maximum ROAS and lead conversions. Create and implement an SEO strategy that drives long-term, sustainable growth. Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for target keywords and search engine visibility. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console to measure and improve performance. Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop SEO-optimized content and engaging ad creatives. A/B test, analyze results, and iterate fast across both paid and organic channels.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in paid ads (Meta + Google mandatory) and SEO. Deep understanding of performance marketing, keyword research, and technical SEO. Proven ability to scale campaigns and grow organic traffic. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Strong grasp of landing page optimization, content SEO, and backlinks. Data-driven mindset - can turn insights into action and results. Can work independently, hit targets, and stay ahead of trends. Proven experience of meeting targets Driven and target focused Highly motivated and focused on hitting targets. Strategic thinker with a performance mindset. Obsessed with rankings, leads, traffic, and conversion rates. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Must have at least 3 years of experience within a similar role
