Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operations.

Skills

Minimum 3 Years experience in front of house employment required. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively during busy periods. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service. Familiarity with kitchen operations and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff. Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance within the restaurant environment. Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the overall guest experience. Basic maths skills for processing payments accurately.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
