Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment.

We have part time and full time positions available with a great work life balance for full time employees who will work Thursday to Sunday and have 3 days off per week.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and beverages with a smile.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist in food preparation when required, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive attentive service.

Qualifications

2 years + previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. A genuine passion for helping others and contributing positively to the team dynamic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
