As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Assist with kitchen duties as required, including basic food preparation and cleaning tasks.

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing bills and handling payments accurately. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with guests. Previous kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but not essential.
