As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and preparation standards are met.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation standards. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout service. Assist in training new staff members as required.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a serving role. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and guest services. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
