Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any needs they may have. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively within the kitchen will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Perform basic maths for bill calculations and processing payments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Understanding of food safety standards to ensure compliance in all operations. Exceptional guest service skills, with a focus on helping guests feel welcomed and valued. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive dining atmosphere. Basic maths skills for accurate billing and payment processing. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Must speak Spanish well enough to converse with customers.
