Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food orders from customers, ensuring all preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns, providing excellent guest services at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout service.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of culinary principles and food safety practices is highly desirable. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
