Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders while offering recommendations and upselling items Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and utensils Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of orders

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in hospitality Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables Strong guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience Experience in kitchen operations is an advantage but not essential

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
