We are seeking a dedicated waiting team member to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian food and hospitality, with a strong focus on leadership and supervising staff. This role involves supporting the management team in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Our opening Hours Tuesday to Thursday- 5pm to 9.30 pm | Friday & Saturday 12 to 9.30 pm & Sunday 12 to 3 Pm

Requirements

Previous fast paced Bar role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred. In This role you have to do the pantry section which included complimentary drinks and desserts. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively. Experience in food production and preparation is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to proper hygiene practices. Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production. Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience. Demonstrate leadership by training new staff and fostering a positive team environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
