Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a timely manner.

Duties

Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring presentation meets our restaurant standards. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process payments accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanour to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Proficient in guest services, ensuring every patron feels valued and attended to. Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling cash transactions effectively. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
