Job Summary

Bistro Pierre CAVERN QUARTER is seeking waiting staff to join our team. As a crucial part of our front-of-house team, you will ensure that our guests receive excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and enjoys creating memorable dining moments for every guest.

Responsibilities

We expect you to provide friendly and attentive service to guests.

Looking after your section and taking food and drink orders.

We expect you to communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff about special requests, dietary requirements and allergies.

You will adhere to and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

You will be expected to learn our F&B menus and be able to communicate and recommend items to guests.

Using EPOS systems and taking payments.

Experience

Experience in Hospitality serving is essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills is essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices is required. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments are necessary. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest interaction and service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- 12.21 to 12.50 per hour

- Full time 35 - 40 hours per week
