Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all patrons receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during preparation and serving Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to promptly Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety practices Basic math skills for handling transactions and bills Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer satisfaction A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Pay: 10.00-15.50 per hour
