Have previous experience in a quality restaurant environment Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks menus and extensive wine list. Must be able to open a bottle of wine and serve it in front of customer, decanting also. Be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guest and managers An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills

Summary

As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your core skills in restaurant experience and food safety will enable you to efficiently take orders and serve meals. You will also utilize your communication skills to engage with customers and enhance their experience. With additional expertise in food preparation and time management, you will contribute to a well-organized and welcoming atmosphere, making you a vital part of our team.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing strong communication skills. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs.
