We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that each patron enjoys their meal while adhering to food safety standards. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of food safety are maintained. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus. A positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
