Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for guest services and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for while enjoying their meals.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills. Handle payments accurately, including basic maths for processing bills. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary knowledge is advantageous. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and teamwork. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a passion for providing outstanding service are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
