Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food and drinks preparation and kitchen duties as required, adhering to food safety regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest services at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary standards. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. A team player who can also work independently when required. A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.82-14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
