Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers to provide exceptional, responsive service, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for every guest. The primary responsibility is to deliver memorable interactions, anticipate guest needs, and consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer service throughout the entire dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Accurately take guest food and beverage orders and enter them into the system for the kitchen team. Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any needs promptly. Prepare tables for service, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. Confidently describe and recommend cocktails, craft beers, and our signature Crazy Shakes to enhance the guest experience. Engage with guests, providing a warm, memorable experience through friendly interactions and service excellence.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant serving role is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent customer service and hospitality skills. Ability to assist with food preparation and maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness. Basic math skills for managing transactions and tips. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Experience in guest services, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
