This Autumn we are bringing Brooklyn's finest 80/90's hip-hop/rap street energy and passion, combined with our world famous incredibly Instagram-able Crazy Shakes, craft burgers and craft tap beers to our very first UK based Black Tap venue, situated in Stratford City's Westfields.

Job Overview:

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server's primary objective is to give our guests a great and memorable experience, tend to guest needs & ensure execrate customer service throughout their visit and maintain high cleanliness levels.

Main Responsibilities:

- Receive guest food orders and enter orders into tills systems to send to the kitchen team

- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied

- Prepare tables for service

- Describe and recommend cocktails, craft beer and Crazy Shake to guests

- Thank and interact with guests to delivery memorable experiences

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience in a serving role Strong knowledge of food safety practices Excellent customer service and hospitality skills Ability to handle food preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness Basic math skills for handling transactions and tips Effective time management and multitasking abilities Experience in guest services to enhance customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-15.50 per hour
