As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food with a smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests Assist in the kitchen with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Uphold high standards of hospitality and culinary excellence at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling payments A keen understanding of food safety practices and culinary standards Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
