We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant service, demonstrating a passion for food and guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest enjoys their time at our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding menu items and specials, including upselling where appropriate. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously. Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour. Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
