Summary

We are seeking a passionate Server to join our team at Ann's Pantry in Moelfre on Anglesey for the busy Summer Season. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, ensuring that our customers enjoy their meals and have a memorable dining experience be that at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our opening hours are 10am to 5pm daily plus we open on a Friday and Saturday night during July and August.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer preferences are met. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed and ensure kitchen cleanliness. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous but training can be provided.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
