Job Description

We are looking for a hard working Barista/Waiter to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, taking orders, serving food, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including those with complex latte art designs. Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Engage with customers to ensure they have a great experience, answer any questions, and provide recommendations. Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a waiter or server role. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
Training will be offered and previous experience is not a requirement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
