Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server waiter to join our team. This will be a part time Job that is between the hours of 8pm until 2am. The atmosphere is that of a Bar Lounge/Club vibe. You will be taking orders and assisting with bottle shows.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Follow all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality in a very busy club environment. This is a Night time job so similar to a nightclub atmosphere. Experience in carrying trays. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
