Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen as needed.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure precision. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties when required, demonstrating a good understanding of culinary practices. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Manage time effectively to provide timely service during busy periods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. A keen interest in food preparation and culinary arts is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. A commitment to upholding food safety standards to ensure guest health and satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant's operational needs.
