We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to encourage upselling. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing excellent service.

Requirements

Must have both bar and barista

experience, including making of cocktails.

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is essential. Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items and preparation techniques. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operational needs.
