Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.

Skills

Strong knowledge of guest services within the hospitality industry. Experience in a restaurant environment is highly desirable. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of service. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
