As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their meal. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members alike. Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others, contributing to an enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
