We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations to enhance their experience through upselling techniques. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards to ensure the highest quality of service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Provide support to colleagues as required, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently. Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to assist in food preparation when necessary. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
