We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen/Server Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality environment in a new business. Duties
Prepare and assist with food preparation in accordance with health and safety standards
Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and service areas
Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs courteously and professionally
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Experience in food preparation, culinary skills, or kitchen operations preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic maths skills for accurate billing and inventory management
Willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team
Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary
