Service Administrator / Warranty Controller

Bridgend Ford is a family-run dealership that's proudly served the local community since 1986. We're currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Service Department. This is a permanent role, ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We offer

Main Responsibilities:



Carrying out all administrative duties relating to the Service Department

Processing and issuing service invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Handling warranty claims and processing them according to manufacturer guidelines

Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use and manufacturer requirements

Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems

Providing general administrative support to the Service Advisors and management team

Ensuring excellent communication between departments to help deliver a seamless service to customers

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the motor trade

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

A proactive and flexible approach to work

Experience using Power or similar DMS would be an advantage
