Role Purpose
As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient Project Administration and Document support for the senior management and the Team of the Project. You will ensure accurate and robust administrative policies, processes and records.
Team Administrator Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer site access and security passes.
Coordinate, administer and update site attendance rosters and records.
Ensure access and attendance recording of all sub-contractor movements on site.
Assisting in the HR lifecycle of employees.
Ensure all Office facilities are kept in order and the upkeep of the office is up to high standard; this includes ordering stationary and other consumables, organising IT equipment and desks arrangements as required.
Manage meeting room bookings.
Support Site Senior Management in the delivery of their duties and administration.
Provide support and information to Group Functions as required.
Organise meetings and access and meet and professionally greet client representatives, visitors and guests to the site.
Comply with any other reasonable request as in accordance with business needs.
Controls and coordinates all project activities and data.
Download all new project information from the projects share file system as it becomes available.
Maintain the site drawing register as new information becomes available
Remove, stamp and file appropriately the superseded drawings as they are presented
You will proactively and vigilantly keep information secure and fully comply with the Kirby Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Necessary requirement of the Site Administrator / Document Controller
Ideally will possess 2+ years' experience in a similar Administrator / Document Control in a construction environment
A good understanding of MS office package
High level of attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills, Prompt resolution and issuance skills and a high level of attention to details
