Full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30

We are a well-established, independent, family-run MOT and service centre with a strong local reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent, subject to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for customers Booking MOTs, servicing, and repair work Explaining required work and costs clearly and professionally Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow Providing updates to customers and handling payments Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of customer service

Essential Criteria

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Confidence using computer-based workshop systems Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
